You have three live projects and two more in kick-off. Each has its own client, brief, milestones and mid-delivery surprises. Role Central keeps all of them in one workspace without collapsing them into each other.
The problem.
A working delivery agency runs several projects in parallel, each with its own client cadence. Briefs live in one document, approvals in email, tasks in a project tool the client can't see, requests in Slack, time in an app nobody opens. It functions until something falls through the cracks — and something always does.
How Role Central changes the workflow.
Each project has one Project record with its own visibility rules. Milestones, dependencies and RAID entries live on the project itself. Tasks assigned to team members reference the project directly; a task's status, owner, followers and contributor set are visible from the project overview.
Client-visible content — approvals, agreed deliverables, shared board discussions — is one deliberate step away from internal work, not a separate portal. When a client raises a new request mid-delivery, it lands as a real Request with its own SLA and commercial classification, not a note in an email thread.

A delivery lead can open a single dashboard and see which projects are at risk, which requests need attention and which approvals are stuck, all without swapping tools. When a project completes, its history is still there — carried forward into ongoing support if the relationship continues.
